I ordered a new Bronco sport and was excited to receive it. The first time I drove it I mentioned there was something wrong with the brakes. I was pushed aside by several employees over the course of sever it. The first time I drove it I mentioned there was something wrong with the brakes. I was pushed aside by several employees over the course of several days before finally speaking with Justin. He did not doubt me or make me feel as if I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was talking about while telling me there was nothing wrong with the brakes like the previous employees. I don’t remember all the names of the employees that dismissed me, but I do remember Matt in service. He drove the sport and when he returned he told me there was nothing wrong with them. I was dismissed once again. Then Justin stepped in and asked for me to bring my Bronco Sport up for them to do a throughout inspection. It took me a couple of days to feel comfortable enough to bring it back in. I sent videos to Justin of what the brakes were doing and how they were not working properly. After Bozard having the car for about a week I was told I would have to choose a different vehicle to trade my new sport in on. I have to be honest, at this point I was not hopeful. Justin handed me over to Brian to help me find something and to my surprise there happen to be a brand new Bronco delivered the day before and it came available the morning I had to start looking for something. Brian was extremely helpful and he listened to me and any concerns I had. Justin and Brian went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. I have bought several cars from Bozard but this was the most pleasant purchase I could have had after everything I just experienced with the sport. I know the brake issue was not because of Bozard, but the first few people that wrote me off should have listened to me when I said there was something wrong with them. Instead they dismissed me and made me feel stupid for a lack of better words. I don’t know if they didn’t want to listen because it was a brand new car or if it was because a woman was telling them there was something wrong. I will always remember Matt and how small he made me feel. But I will also remember Brian for being so kind to me and helping me find something better than I could have ever imagined. I am extremely in love with my new Bronco! Thank you, Brian and Justin! More

Brian Mello is a great salesman. He takes time to go over the vehicle that you are interested in. He always welcomes questions from a customer and is willing to go into great detail He takes time to go over the vehicle that you are interested in. Brian also will offer alternative vehicles if he feels that the customer may have a better fit for a different vehicle just as a suggestion. He is not pushy; he will not continue if he feels the customer does not seem interested.
