New Honda Owner This is our first experience in buying a Honda. We actually went into the dealership to look at a used Highlander thinking that was the next vehicle This is our first experience in buying a Honda. We actually went into the dealership to look at a used Highlander thinking that was the next vehicle we were going to purchase. We decided to try out the Pilot while we were there as well. After test driving the Pilot and kearning more about it from Greg the decision was easy. In the last day while working through our car purchase I have to say everyone that we encountered at this dealership - reception, sales, financing, and service - were outstanding with their customer service and all went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs/questions, etc. were attended to. These days it can be hard to find that level of customer service at many places. More
