Hubert Vester Chevrolet went above and beyond what any car/truck dealership would have done for me. I was traveling from out of town when my truck broke down and needed repair. The office and staff we car/truck dealership would have done for me. I was traveling from out of town when my truck broke down and needed repair. The office and staff were right there to help me get my truck repaired and they even gave me a loaner truck to use until my truck was repaired. They were absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They kept me advised on the status of my truck and had my truck repaired in a timely manner. Thank you so much for what your staff and service department did in getting my truck repaired and back on the road again. Brian Schlegel was amazing and so helpful to me. He is truly an asset to your company. More

Have a warranty issue with the key fob that they 'cant fix' until it does it in front of them. They saw it happen but still cant fix it because their staff can only fix the problem if the computer tells t fix' until it does it in front of them. They saw it happen but still cant fix it because their staff can only fix the problem if the computer tells them what is wrong not because they are knowledgeable of the product. Dont even think about them narrowing down the problem to figure it out. More

While Brian was gone, my car must have been ready. I was told it would be an hour wait which was fine. But after an hour and 20 minutes I went to check the status and my keys were up there. No one cal I was told it would be an hour wait which was fine. But after an hour and 20 minutes I went to check the status and my keys were up there. No one called me, they said the mechanic must have dropped them off and not told anyone which I thought was a poor excuse because the keys were plainly sitting right there where they can all see them. Also, I get a complimentary multi point inspection which I received no details on. I have no idea the outcome of that inspection, which would be nice since I believe they take the time out to do. More
