"Excellent service department"
I have been taking all my vehicles to Veterans Ford for many years always pleasant experience with my repairs fixed right on the first visit as it should Thank you Brian Z. for your outstanding customer service.
" Sale made easy because nothing was right. "
They made the sale easy, but knew i was a not knowledgeable about buying a car. Ite seemed all good till I found out the "certified vehicle" I bought was not yoo to code and nothing that was wrong would be covered so basically tried to screw me out tire cost and future repairs.
Here are the things I had to deal with:
Did not have me verify insurance on vehicle before I left.
Did not give me keys I had to come in and ask for them.
Did not give me contact info for lender. Only the name.
No floor mats or back cover in trunk.
Tire tred was told is okay even after asking cause it looked low. CPO inspector at another FORD dealership said absolutely not... even for regular used car. (I told Aaron about the tred he assured me by his tech they are completely within CPO standards).
Tires missing chunks and cracking in the tred.
Lug nuts stripped and warn. Road side assistance almost couldn't remove the tire. (I got a screw on day two) Had to pull 2 lug nuts from other tires cause they were too stripped.
Battery is covered with corrosion NOT CPO standards.
Tire plugged NOT PATCHED (the one that got the screw) already had a plug in it. Not patched though just a plug. A plugged tire sold on a certified vehicle...
Didn't even fill wiper fluid.
Finally got in touch as i drove back to the dealership (almost an hour away) spoke with Lorenzo Who apparently is the owner. Never got to meet him, never seen my sales guy again, even though i tried to.
They just referred me to Brian the service manager. He supposedly spoke with Lorenzo about getting the old worm down tires replaced. He gave cheapest tires possible said they can only offer generic even after the way they tried to rip me off. He was pretty stand off witty me about it too.
Finally got them to put floor mats in while waiting for tires to be changed. No one would talk with me about it. I had you relay everything through the front desk. Floor mats don't even match, and size is too big in the back and end up bending.
Waited 2 hours for tire change and they didn't cone get me that it was ready...
"Service at Veterans Ford"
I didn't have an appointment and the service dept. was slammed but you got me in anyway because it looked like my tire had separated on the sidewall. After careful examination the technician found it to be a bad skuff and not a problem as I had suspected. They didn't want me driving on a damaged tire so that is why they put me through. After all that, it was discovered that there was a recall on the steering column bolt. Since my car was already there, they fixed that . All of this and they did it at no charge. Thanks Veterans Ford for a job well sone and for careing for your customers.
I call to schedule a service appointment for an airbag recall. Appointment was scheduled around my schedule, not theirs. There was a small problem with the replacement part, but with the help of Brian Zeigler and Cara Marquis the problem was solved in a few days and service was complete.

"Great experience in and out fast !"
It was a great experience working with Brian and Sean from the purchase to the service they have always taken great care of me and my family on all our needs.
"Brian was a lot of help. "
Bought a brand new car with several defects that took several weeks to fix. I started to feel like my huge purchase was the worst thing I’ve ever done. Brian worked with me to correct the issues and was very helpful in the process. If it wasn’t for him I would probably still feel sick to my stomach.
Word of advice: You have an amazing garage of cars. My experience buying a car would have been 10 fold better, something to take pictures and advertise on Facebook or forums. Not sure if it’s possible but clean off the cars and let people browse them???
