Sales manager yelled at me because I was calling his service part manager too much told me to apologize, I said I’m not gonna apologize to nobody. I just bought a car from you for almost 23,000 and you service part manager too much told me to apologize, I said I’m not gonna apologize to nobody. I just bought a car from you for almost 23,000 and you want me to leave out the lot without a jack or spare tire. Finally got a jack & donut rusted old. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my 62 years. I would never recommend Sutton Ford to no one!!!!!! Further more the Sales manager needs to apologize to me More

Typical fashion they tried to throw unwanted or needed add ons. Finance took forever. The car was definitely owned by a smoker even though they said it wasn't.
