Brian and his sales partner, Brock we're knowledgeable,and low pressure. They allowed me ample time to go over this beautiful car at my leasure. Excellent customer service in handling my new car wishes! John took his time to research possible cars which met my new car wishes: size, color, options. My new car fits perfectly to my size and needs; it also includes items never would have thought on own: Apple phone connection, black tire hubs, ... I also appreciated the training at the dealership on the day of purchase (John) and follow-up a few days later at my house (Brock). Car buying made easy at Mercedes-Benz of Naples I want to express my appreciation for a pleasurable buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Naples. From beginning to end the process was professional, I want to express my appreciation for a pleasurable buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Naples. From beginning to end the process was professional, respectable and a true pleasure. Shortly after my purchase, I noticed a very small scratch on the hood of the vehicle but since the vehicle was pre-owned, I never expected the dealership to do anything so I was reluctant to even mention it to anyone. However, during a follow-up phone call from Sales Consultant Brian Shea, he asked me if there are any issues with the vehicle, etc. I figured what the heck and I mentioned the scratch. Brian immediately said "that shouldn't be and we'll make it right". Within only 2 days, the vehicle was in the Naples shop and repaired in just over an hour! It's incredible, I can't even find the original scratch location, simply amazing....My many thanks to Brian Shea, Brock Linton and Jack Fitzgerald for making my purchase experience a pleasure. I most definitely highly recommend the dealership team and will certainly return to Mercedes-Benz of Naples for future purchases! More

Great experience thanks to Nick Magan We were impressed with the Mercedes GLE with all the safety features but we had lots of questions. Nick was our sales person and he patiently answered We were impressed with the Mercedes GLE with all the safety features but we had lots of questions. Nick was our sales person and he patiently answered all our questions and was extremely well versed in the vehicle and all our options. We ordered our GLE last spring and Nick made the order and pickup seamless. He even had us picked up at the airport when we returned from Maine. Nick and Brock both walked us through our new car and showed us how everything worked. I love our new Mercedes and would highly recommend Nick and the Naples Mercedes. Great folks to work with and look forward to many years of association. More
