I have worked with Greenwich Infiniti for less than a year. I have always loved to drive and be around automobiles. After a traumatic accident I found myself looking for a new career. I’ve always wanted to be in a position of helping others, hence why I was interested in law enforcement after attending Duchess Community College. With the career in Law enforcement not in my future after my accident I’ve decided to help people in a different way. Having grown up and always being a people person I’ve decided to be part of people’s lives though the second biggest purchase one makes after buying a home. I take pride in my office being a “No Pressure” zone. I have always loved the feeling of purchasing a car and actually being part of that experience with others is truly a blessing. Throughout my life I have bought many cars and one salesman has made those experiences amazing.

I was looking for a new car online especially a SUV. I stumbled across a website and found a gorgeous 2023 GMC Terrain having only 30,000 miles with a completely reasonable price! I purchased my car before the dealership was owned by DARCARS. Ever since, the customer service has taken a downturn. I went from leasing to purchasing and now paying more than my car is worth because DARCARS. Ever since, the customer service has taken a downturn. I went from leasing to purchasing and now paying more than my car is worth because they screwed up my paperwork. The service department is appalling. It’s difficult to make an appointment, they claim completing repairs when they didn’t. That is not only deceiving the customer, but possible putting them in danger. I have had people ask me where I purchased my car and I tell them to stay away from DARCARD Greenwich Infiniti. I am also asking others that have similar experiences to write up their review on any platform necessary. More
