Made an apt to see/test a used 2019 Mustang this morning. After driving almost 2 hours, Bruce the salesperson refused to even start the car and flat out said we don't do test-rides. I'm a senior citizen and was ready to make a deal but after being told I can test-ride it after I buy, no thank you. I almost had to persuade him to show me the car which was quite far away and a dismal walk in the rain. After the unfortunate experience with Bruce, I asked to speak to the used car manager and he reluctantly obliged. Also, their price was 8k over KBB CPO Dealer Retail price. Stay away from this most unwelcoming, unprofessional dealer. More
