We agreed on a price for the trade and ordered a new car, but due to supply chain delays, it took six months for the car to arrive. Despite this setback, Cary and his team were fully committed to honoring our original agreement, even though my car's value had depreciated significantly during that time. This level of honesty and integrity is a rare find in the car dealership industry, and I was truly impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my financial situation changed during the wait, and I had to back out of the purchase. However, Cary and his team were incredibly understanding and transparent throughout the process.
