My new 2019 CR-V just purchased in August, was declared a total loss from an accident on October 10, 2019. I returned to my Apple Honda dealership to purchase my NEW brand new CR-V and was quickly led to J total loss from an accident on October 10, 2019. I returned to my Apple Honda dealership to purchase my NEW brand new CR-V and was quickly led to John Jay, as this was considered a challenging situation. He was great throughout the entire process and made a stressful time for me turn into a very positive experience. Many thanks to Don and Ariana as well, for being so wonderful during my August purchase. It really feels like a family at Apple and I am deeply grateful to everyone for how very friendly and professional they all are. Can’t forget thanks to Bryan and Glen from finance, as they couldn’t be better at what they do, while helping me feel at ease!
