I had the service appointment for my Lexus ES 350.
I had mistakenly taken the Appointment with Des cars nearby. Even though My appointment was with Des Cars Mr. Radfar was gracious and kind enough to take my car in for service.
Mr . C.J. Radfar was extremely helpful and polite during the process of registration for service. I found him to be well organized and efficient.
The Waiting area of your organization is very neat, and comfortable. The facilities provide are excellent specifically the Internet . Refreshment was excellent specifically fruits , and soft beverages.
Only after a short waiting, Mr Radfar informed me that the 50K service was completed. Mr. Radfar very efficiently finished the formalities and I was able to leave after taking my car.

CJ is great!! Every time I come in for service, he always takes care of me, explains in detail the different services and makes sure I have a overall satisfying experience due to my time constraints.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex when I leased my new RX. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and such a delight to work with. He even took the time to answer my questions (and I had several!) after I took possession of my vehicle. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Kim one time that I called the dealership and Alex wasn't available. I wasn't even his customer, yet he took the time to help me with syncing my vehicle to my garage door opener. Very impressive considering there are way too many salespeople out there who only want to talk to you if and when you're buying something from them.
CJ in the service department is also a delight to deal with when I bring my vehicle in for service. He's so polite and professional, and always has my vehicle finished in no time. The pricing is very fair at this dealership as well.
This is not the closest Lexus store to my home, yet I continue to lease vehicles from this location because the service I get across the board is just that good.
