The service advisor, Jeff, was not informative and borderline rude. While I believe the car was repairable, the overly high estimate from Park Place led my insurance company to total the car! borderline rude. Great Experience & Customer Service From Thomas Milner Sadly a driver ran into my MB while I was stopped at a red light but from the time my car got to PPB until I picked it up today, I couldn't have asked Sadly a driver ran into my MB while I was stopped at a red light but from the time my car got to PPB until I picked it up today, I couldn't have asked for better service than I received form Thomas Milner. While I don't know who else there was involved, he helped me calm down the day it happened and kept me in the loop with the insurance adjustor, on-site Enterprise car rental and even insured my car was super clean when I picked it up today. He was very responsive to emails and texts and is a genuinely kind and concerned person. I would highly recommend PPB and working with Thomas if you have the need. More
