Andy, Sara, Dino, Maggi and Andrea are what I call "The Dream Team". They treated me like "Family "... before, during and after I purchased a 2020 Mercedes Benz S560 online. I've already complimented Andy on his outstanding Customer Service, but now I have to give a shout out to Maggie...I call her... Marvelous Maggi...and here's why. My car arrived to Florida with a couple of razor cuts in the rear seat (probably an accident made by the window tint tech) nonetheless Maggi without hesitation, searched for a replacement cover but there weren't any located stateside...guess what she did...she ordered me one from Germany... Now... Who Does That..??? I'll tell you who...Marvelous Maggi at CBB (she's Magnificent:)...That's Who Does That!!! Andrea also replied promptly to my request for additional documentation and this is why I feel they should be rated the #1 auto dealership in the USA!!!. Do you know any other dealership that would go above and beyond to satisfy a customer and provide this kind of Customer Service??? My first online auto purchase has been phenomenal because of the Dream Team at CBB. Hats off to you Jack Schneider!!! I viewed your online interview and you spoke about the vision of your company...I can honestly say that ... I'm proud to be a part of this family...you're a man of Integrity, Morals and Good Character and it's great to see your teams reflect these traits...Thank You...CBB!!! Anyone reading this review ..call them up and see what they can do for You! Let them AMAZE you too!! More
