Courteous attitudes toward me and others who were waiting. Very surprised, shocked really, as to Cory in the Service Area inspecting the car being bought out from a lease then performing work to be d waiting. Very surprised, shocked really, as to Cory in the Service Area inspecting the car being bought out from a lease then performing work to be done at no cost to me to bring the car up to Pride's standard for a 'used car' sale. Maybe I should have but I didn't expect that. This proactive 'do the right thing' action sure made a positive impression on me inspiring trust and justified that sometimes you get what you pay for. :) More
