Tried to use one of their service specials from their website/app. Was told that it was not valid for my vehicle, but the price would be about $10 more. These guys are great! Service is just as big as getting a new car. If the service department is not good then there’s no point in buying a car from that dealership. Having said that I can’t express enough how satisfied I am that I bought my MDX from Jackson Acura. The Service Department is phenomenal! The first time I went in I was out in no time. I figured it just must have been luck on how fast but thorough they were but after the second and third time I now realize that that’s the way these guys roll. Service is second to none! More
