Tire Pressure Issue Called for short notice appointment for a tire pressure issue. Scott/Jose worked me in quickly and found a roofing nail in my left rear tire. It was repaired quickly and i was back on the road in 30 minutes. service is always excellent. I have been driving Acuras since 2005 and my wife is now on her third ILX and about to lease her fourth. Service is one of our primary factors when deciding on a car/dealership. More

I had to call back because I forgot to bring a problem with the trim to their attention. It has been that way since I got the car two years ago. I think I mentioned it once before but I don't think it was remedied the first time. They told me to bring it back when convenient so they can take a look at it. More

Outstanding Service! The service department at Dave White Acura has always done an exceptional job for me. Purchased my vehicle almost 10 years ago and they have serviced The service department at Dave White Acura has always done an exceptional job for me. Purchased my vehicle almost 10 years ago and they have serviced it since then to my complete satisfaction. I drive 40 miles from my home to this dealership. In an age where we hope for customer service to be at least average, the service manager, Scott has always exceeded my expectations. Not sure if the credit goes to DWA management or Scott but their team does an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. More
