Relieved and Satisfied! After contacting other dealerships to help me continue leasing, ( my 12th year) I was connected with Carin Gardner. It was the best experience ever. S After contacting other dealerships to help me continue leasing, ( my 12th year) I was connected with Carin Gardner. It was the best experience ever. She was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and listened to what I wanted. This is the first time I worked with a female salesperson. She understood me and did not make me feel stupid. I gave her information prior to going to the dealership, so when I arrived she was very prepared. I drove almost 2 hours and it was well worth it. I will go back to Dorsch again. I will definitely want to work with Carin again and recommend her to everyone. Cody in finance was also a big help to me. Thanks to both of them. Renee More

What a disappointment Our lease was ending on our 2102 Kia Sorento and we went into to discuss our options with Lea and Carin. We test drove 4 cars with Carin, left the lot Our lease was ending on our 2102 Kia Sorento and we went into to discuss our options with Lea and Carin. We test drove 4 cars with Carin, left the lot with lots of questions and finally had short email from Carin 4 days later from Carin inquiring on his things were going. We shared with Carin that we would be looking to purchase at least two vehicles in the next 2-4 years and she could not be more disinterested. Leah did not return emails,promptly when we requested out buy out information, actually leaving in vacation while promising to get us the information the very next day. We had to track down another person to get the information. Because of the delay we needed to make an additional lease payment. When it came to finally completing the paperwork to purchase the vehicle with Dallas, and expressed our disappointment with DORSCH, his response was "I am just here to do the paperwork." I have never seen a culture of customer service where I felt like a total bother to the organization. We will be purchasing vehicles in the future and that future will not include DORSCH. More
