Great Service! Above and beyond my expectations I was on vacation and had trouble with my radiator, so I dropped by Ventura Toyota to get help. I met with Carlo in the service department, who was ex I was on vacation and had trouble with my radiator, so I dropped by Ventura Toyota to get help. I met with Carlo in the service department, who was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had to leave my truck with him for a few days, and throughout the whole process, he went above and beyond what he was required to do to ensure that I knew what was going on, and that my truck was being taken care of. What would've been a stressful and frustrating issue, turned into a positive experience thanks to Carlo's professionalism and willingness to do right by the customer. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Carlo! Great all around experience! More

Excellent Service I brought my car in for inspection/repair and had excellent customer service from Carlo. I had two issues, an odor when using the AC and abnormal nois I brought my car in for inspection/repair and had excellent customer service from Carlo. I had two issues, an odor when using the AC and abnormal noise/binding when shifting. Carlo educated me on certain aspects of using the cooling system to eliminate odors and took the car in for inspection of the shifter. The technician determined the shift assembly had failed, the part was ordered, and I was called when the part arrived. Carlo was not available when I brought the car in for repair so another service representative assisted me, Jennifer. She had reviewed the record that Carlo had generated prior to my arrival so was prepared. Jen provided excellent service; the repair was completed and my car is performing much better. Jen assisted me with a second issue regarding a question I had about an HVAC filter for my car. She went the extra mile to consult the service manager, Kevin, who was excellent in handling this problem. Thanks to Carlo, Jen, Kevin, and service technician Michael, for a five star customer experience in the service department. More

Kevin promptly gave me a ring to schedule an appt to bring in my vehicle. Kevin always takes care of me. He listens to my concerns, always addresses them, and makes sure I understand what has been done.thank you Kevin!! Rita was very busy this morning, but was very thorough in checking out my rental. She was wearing many hats, but was multi tasking very well. More

The service keeps getting better! This was the 20,000 mile service for my Prius. The interface with the dealership is the person we the public deal with. I had an appointment so Carlo took me in right away. I barely finished my coffee and doughnut when the service was complete. I strongly recommend this dealership (and Carlo for service) and would not hesitate to send a friend or family member to buy a toyota or service a Toyota at this dealership. More

Third service for my Prius (15,000 mile service.) First I want to emphasize that I had an excellent experience when I bought my car from Ventura Toyota. There was no pressure, no hassles, and no pric First I want to emphasize that I had an excellent experience when I bought my car from Ventura Toyota. There was no pressure, no hassles, and no price gouging. I compared prices and this dealership ranked at the top. Of course it is important to have my new Prius serviced at the dealership, so I was hoping the service department would be as good as the sales department. It was even better than than I could imagine, especially compared to service departments I had seen in the past 30 to 40 years of car ownership. This quality of service has been consistent for three times so far. I hope it will be this good for many years to come! More
