Tut, Will & Los. The Dream Team. Los knew what I wanted working from my last purchase at this dealership. No hassle whatsoever. Will stepped in and helped when Los was pulled away. I appreciated the teamwork atmosphere at 5 Star. Everybody appears to look out for one another. Tut sealed the deal by making the hardest part easy to understand. I believe Tut, and the rest of that team are honest and straightforward. This is the 2nd car I've bought from this dealership. If/when I need a 3rd I'll be going to 5 Star. More

Great Experience Five Star has so much inventory that they are able to find what you want at a fair price. They are upfront about their deals. Carlos is great! I am in love with my new Ford Edge and i'm so thankful that Carlos went above and beyond and was so flexible with me. Overall easy experience Carlos took care of us while I was there. We originally wanted to see a Ford Transit Connect but it had been recalled by Ford and no longer for sale. A salperson you can trust I met Carlos on a Saturday afternoon while my husband played golf I was looking for a replacement for my totaled vehicle (really bad wreck). Shopping I met Carlos on a Saturday afternoon while my husband played golf I was looking for a replacement for my totaled vehicle (really bad wreck). Shopping for a car is not in "my department", but Carlos made me real very comfortable and safe. He presented options with consideration of my budget and did not pressure me to close the deal. I returned later with my husband and he was also impressed with Carlos (this is big because my husband often refers to car salespeople as vultures). Carlos made the car buying experience pleasant, easy and it did not take hours to complete. Thank you Carlos. More
