Carlos Codie was the nicest sales person I have ever dealt with when it comes to buying a car(and I have bought several)!!! The day we bought the car,we couldn't take it home because my daughter didn't dealt with when it comes to buying a car(and I have bought several)!!! The day we bought the car,we couldn't take it home because my daughter didn't have her license yet. He made sure it got everything done that was supposed to be as far as detailing and it's inspection. As I was driving it home,I realized the speedometer was off,he came to my house,picked up the car and made sure it got fixed in a timely manner and got it returned to me quickly. No dealers that I have dealt with in the past would ever come to my house and pick up a car so as not to inconvienence me!!!! The sales manager,Mike was great too. He actually came out of his office and talked to my daughter,asked her how she got the money to buy her car and when she told him she's been working and saving,he knocked the price down so that she could get the car without having to borrow any money from her parents for TTL!!! These guy were so great to us and I truly appreciate it!!! Made the car buying experience so much better for us!!!! More

I contacted Carlos and told him what automobile we were looking for that we thought would satisfy our needs. He called back a short time later to say that he had located the automobile that he knew was ju looking for that we thought would satisfy our needs. He called back a short time later to say that he had located the automobile that he knew was just what we were looking for. We arranged an appointment time that afternoon. When we arrived at the dealership, Carlos had the car ready for a test drive. He drove us a few miles to let us become adjusted to the Explorer - this was our first ever vehicle of this type. Then he offered to let my wife drive. I asked him to take her alone since she says that I make her nervous. I also asked him to make sure that she dick some backing in the Explorer since she needed to feel comfortable doing this maneuver. When they returned from the test drive, she was sold. Then we spent a short time getting the paperwork done and being introduced to various departments. Then we went out to get in our new automobile. Carlos spent a lot of time explaining the workings of this Explorer since we had never owned a car this heavily laden with electronic gadgetry. When we left the dealership, we felt comfortable in being able to use the extras this automobile had - thanks to the time Carlos spent with us. I don't know anyone looking for a car now, but I will definitely recommend Five Star Ford and Carlos Codie to everyone in Cleburne. More

My husband and I went to Five Star actually looking for a new Ford F150. Carlos met with us as soon as we drove up. He was friendly, attentive and not pushy. He listened to all of our needs and wants and new Ford F150. Carlos met with us as soon as we drove up. He was friendly, attentive and not pushy. He listened to all of our needs and wants and helped point us in the right direction. We had arrived with one vehicle in mind, but because we did not feel pressured we looked at several that were outside of our original plan. We ended up going with a much more expensive vehicle than we walked in for, but we felt like we got a good deal on a great truck. Carlos really tried to work for us and with us going back and forth with the finance department to get us the best deal possible. The finance/ finalizing paper work process was a little bit messy. This portion was out of Carlos' hands though. Once we selected the truck we wanted, we were essentially "passed" along to the financing department. We felt a bit like we were not thoroughly talked through the terms of the final deal other than the portion where they upsold us on additional warranty/insurance coverage. A week after we signed on the truck I received a phone call asking about income verification, etc when clearly we thought that had all been taken care of during the final signing process. I would recommend the dealership, but I would ask them up front at signing what all paper work they need so they do not bug you off and on for weeks after. More

I have never been a Ford driver, but my experience with Aaron and Carlos at Five Star Ford changed my mind. Besides the amazing F-150 truck, Aaron's knowledge and patience with me over my deliberating for Aaron and Carlos at Five Star Ford changed my mind. Besides the amazing F-150 truck, Aaron's knowledge and patience with me over my deliberating for 6 MONTHS really impressed me. What really sold me was that Aaron kept in contact, answered all my questions even the silly ones, but never pressured me or pulled the "Salesman Act" of gotta buy today or be left out. Aaron is extremely professional and honest, but able to make a major purchase an enjoyable and less stressful event. Sam O'Reggio not only sold me after market accessories, but took the time to get to know me and show me how those accessories work. It wasn't just a sale to him. Will recommend the Five Star Ford Team to all my friends and family. More
