Great experience. Smooth process without a ton of haggle. :) Friendly and easy to deal with. Correspondence was great in finding exactly what I wanted. Even the Financing was smooth! Great Service, Great Value! I really appreciated Carlitos warm welcome, and consideration of what my needs were in recommending the Hyundai Elantra Value Edition. After a thoroug I really appreciated Carlitos warm welcome, and consideration of what my needs were in recommending the Hyundai Elantra Value Edition. After a thorough test drive, I still wanted to look at some competitors offerings. The next day I made up my mind that I wanted the Elantra. Carlitos helped me negotiate via email while I was at work and I came in the following day to purchase after we came to an agreement. Since it was his day off, Shawn helped me finalize and do all the paper work. He delivered the car and walked me through everything as if I was his own customer. I feel that I received better service from Hyundai Tustin than I did at Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz (where I leased my last vehicle). Thanks for the great service guys! More

He was very thorough and pleasant to boot. 14 years ago I bought my Jeep, and even though I LOVED my jeep, to this day I remember the dealer was a smug and cocky fellow.
