CARLOS WORKED WITH SERVICE REP CARLOS. HE IS VERY WELL VERSED AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS DIAGNOSED IN THE TEST. I HAVE WITH MANY AUTO SERVICE REPS IN WORKED WITH SERVICE REP CARLOS. Carlos is a true customer service pro My contact Carlos couldn’t have been better. Due to my conflicts my appointment for my i3 had to be re-scheduled 3 times. No problem, Carlos got me ho My contact Carlos couldn’t have been better. Due to my conflicts my appointment for my i3 had to be re-scheduled 3 times. No problem, Carlos got me hooked up with a time that finally worked. Got a rental for us promptly and we were on our way. With Carlos, most importantly, the communication was excellent, a rare accomplishment nowadays. All in all a fine experience and all the issues were under warranty which I also liked, out the door paying zero except for $10 for gas for the rental. More

After s I took my dream car to BMW of Sarasota for scheduled maintenance. Carlos was quick to receive my vehicle and reviewed the automated diagnosis. After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection. Carlos is an amazing technician but he is also very personable, connected to and interested in the well being off customer he serves.
