We purchased a new Chevy Silverado from Don Mealey Chevrolet this week after noticing a really good sale on their website. While looking for the specific vehicle that had taken us there, our eventual Chevrolet this week after noticing a really good sale on their website. While looking for the specific vehicle that had taken us there, our eventual salesman, Carlos Narvaez showed up just in time to help us. Unfortunately, the original truck we wanted had been sold, so Carlos showed us additional vehicles that were included in the ongoing sale. The truck we decided on was $2,500 more than the advertised specials. I pointed out that there seemed to be a price discrepancy between the selected vehicle and the special deals noted on the website. Carlos advised the manager of the price discrepancy, and we were able to secure a deal that worked for both parties. We want to thank Carlos for helping us save an additional $2,500 on our purchase. Carlos was very professional and courteous throughout our transaction. Thanks to Carlos, we had a pleasant experience during our vehicle purchase. I am not satisfied with this dealerships service or finance department at all! Carlos was very nice, and he tried his best to help me, but the service department had my truck for 3 weeks with not an en finance department at all! Carlos was very nice, and he tried his best to help me, but the service department had my truck for 3 weeks with not an end in sight on when it would be repaired. So, I had to buy another truck and the finance department dinged my credit 7 times to find me a creditor to loan me the money for my truck and never said they were going to do that, and the payment is much more than I had when I went in for my first truck 7 months earlier. Do not recommend getting financing from Don Mealey or using their service department however Carlos is a nice person to buy a vehicle from. More
