To many hard credit inquiries This is my second Veloster I have purchased from O'Brien. My sales person was Carlos, he was nice. I also spoke with another person which I forgot his This is my second Veloster I have purchased from O'Brien. My sales person was Carlos, he was nice. I also spoke with another person which I forgot his name. After going back and forth and telling them what I could and could not do payment wise I was told that they had got me approved for financing through Sun Coast. When I went to sign the paperwork the finance guy. David had included the extended warranty, of course he had the most expensive added to the contract. After changing the warranty and signing all the paperwork I left. This was on a Friday. Saturday I received a call from David telling me that Sun Coast needed more information and that they wanted to put my husband on the contract also. I asked why they had me sign the paperwork before they knew I was approved. They said they do that sometimes. Well to make a long story short. they ended up doing 10 hard inquiries on my credit and 6 on my husband. There is absolutely no reason they should have done that many. My credit score dropped a lot because of all the inquiries. Not only that but they ended up going with a bank that had a higher interest rate. More

Hyundai, You've done it again! The minute I saw my new Elantra on the dealership sales floor, I knew it was the one I wanted. When I asked Carlos, our agent, about it, he said that The minute I saw my new Elantra on the dealership sales floor, I knew it was the one I wanted. When I asked Carlos, our agent, about it, he said that was no problem and he was right! He drove it out the showroom door and took everything out of our trade-in Elantra and put everything in just the right places in our new Elantra - including the community entrance code sticker on the window! (It still works!) Carlos was extremely patient in explaining all the things inside the car to us from the navigation to the radio to how to move the seats and control the individual temperature settings. I cannot get over all the upgrades in this new model - it has everything I would ever want on a car from the keyless entry to the fancy trunk lift when you have packages! To put it very simply, it is absolutely perfect for me! Hyundai has a great product and O'Brien has a great staff!! More

Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Everyone was more than accommodating, offering coffee or water -- everyone spoke! The staff wore similar shirts and pants -- while not a deal breaker, it did add to the overall experience. I felt confident when I left that I had made a smart decision and got a good deal. More
