They rush you to buy a car with fast talking and trick you into believing the warranty is what you need. When you bring your car to get serviced, the service department will have poor customer service, ev you into believing the warranty is what you need. When you bring your car to get serviced, the service department will have poor customer service, everyone will be casually sitting around eating and never greet you. The service mechanics will switch parts on your car without logging it in the system, so when you come back they will say they don’t have a history of the part and accuse you of having work done by another mechanic which will now default the warranty you initially bought with the car. Now you’re stuck with a high bill and no car and you can forget a rental/loaner car. Hollywood kia is a scam setup. More

Hollywood Kia made it such an easy process buying my car, so much so that I bought it while living 5 hours away. Took a flight to pick it up and drive it home. The dealerships closer were not as helpful or w so much so that I bought it while living 5 hours away. Took a flight to pick it up and drive it home. The dealerships closer were not as helpful or willing to work with me on the trim and colors I was looking for. Lydia and Carlton made sure I was able to get what I wanted ordered and it came in about 3-4 weeks later. They had everything ready for me when I got there knowing I had a long drive back home. Will definitely be reaching out for my next car and probably one for my husband here soon. More
