Lowery Brother Motors has been quite literally the worst experience I’ve had as an adult. I was so excited to find my dream car there. There were minor things wrong with it, such as a back tail light leakin experience I’ve had as an adult. I was so excited to find my dream car there. There were minor things wrong with it, such as a back tail light leaking when it rains, a back seat pocket broken, and the passenger visor mirror shattered. It was written in the contract and verbally agreed on that they would fix everything but “due to COVID- parts would take longer” and they said they would call me when they came in. I periodically called them for nearly a year to get updates on the parts and was always told that they were on back order or the wrong part had come in. I have heard from multiple others who have experienced the same, so I now know that their promises to fix the issues were all just lies. They did not disclose an issue with the gas tank/fuel intake when I bought it. So when I pumped gas for the first time, I noticed that it clicks itself off like it’s full after only putting in a few cents of fuel. I called Lowery Bros and explained the problem, they told me to bring it back and they would fix it. I brought it back, and despite it being “under warranty” they charged me over $300, yet the problem was never fixed. They replaced something in the engine, not even in the gas tank. I now have to have it fixed at Land Rover (where I should have gone in the first place) and it will cost me another at least $1000, if not more. Carmela was our sales person and I thought she seemed like an honest, caring person; clearly i was mistaken. I wouldn’t recommend Lowery Brothers to anyone. Learn from my mistake and NEVER do business with them. More
