He took his time with us and let us test drive a vehicle and we promise that if we wanted to purchase a vehicle we would come back to see him. Great experience! We never imagined that we would end up at Ricart Automotive. We had heard so many negative comments and reviews over the years that we were initially We never imagined that we would end up at Ricart Automotive. We had heard so many negative comments and reviews over the years that we were initially hesitant. Our intent was to get some options for our daughter (leasing vs purchasing). She was very interested in the Kia Soul and Ricart was one of the closer dealerships. We were approached by Case Champlain and was immediately put at ease with his likeable personality. He dealt with us in a very professional, but very friendly manner. He was knowledgeable and pointed us in the direction that we needed to go. Fast forward about 3 hours later and we were leaving the lot with a 2019 Kia Soul and the GREAT feeling of seeing our daughter get the car she wanted at the payment she needed. We will definitely be calling Case again in the near future to purchase a new car for ourselves. Thank you to everyone at Ricart! More
