Thank you Maple Hill Subaru Cassandra from the Maple Hill Subaru service department was fantastic to work with. I dropped off my car for a regular oil change. I got a call back w Cassandra from the Maple Hill Subaru service department was fantastic to work with. I dropped off my car for a regular oil change. I got a call back within a few hours. She was very helpful in getting a loaner after she pointed out that she would need my car in the shop longer than expected for an outstanding recall notice. Appreciate how upfront and communicative she was regarding service charges, what needed to be done and the time it would take. Great experience overall and appreciate the fact that they made sure I wasn’t without a car in the interim. More

Major engine repair I experienced a major oil leak issue, that I learned was an issue for some of my model Foresters. I was told I probably received a letter about it 3 o I experienced a major oil leak issue, that I learned was an issue for some of my model Foresters. I was told I probably received a letter about it 3 or so years ago. At that time, I wasn't having any issue. What I was very pleased about was, once the issue was identified, even though my mileage exceeded the maximum for Subaru to do the repair free of charge (limit was 100,000; I'm at 135,000), Service Manager Jeff Daniel advocated for me with decision-maker, and of the $5,300 repair, I paid $500. I was pleased with that resolution. This is my first Subaru, and I'm a fan for life. It's been a very reliable and safe vehicle for me. I get it serviced exclusively at the dealership. This experience affirms my brand loyalty. I just received the car back this afternoon...so I'm trusting the repair will extend the life of the car, as Jeff Daniels indicated. The quality of work rating below I left blank...time will tell. More

2018 Outback I love the Subaru Team at Maple Hill. Also, if i could rate you from 1-5 stars on how annoying you are post vehicle service, I would rate you a 5 ( I love the Subaru Team at Maple Hill. Also, if i could rate you from 1-5 stars on how annoying you are post vehicle service, I would rate you a 5 (or excellent, according to the below scale you provided). Seriously... I just got an oil change and I have like 3 freaking emails and 2 missed calls. While I understand that value of customer feedback, sometimes understanding "no news is good news" is also valuable. Honestly, I don't normally fill out surveys, but I am doing this in hopes it takes me off of the "contact an excruciating amount" list that I am on now. Here is some valuable feedback for you. Under the "select up to 10 employees" section of this survey when you hover over the names a picture pops up. This is super helpful. Someone should, however, take a look at Misty Figg's "pop up" because it is basically a picture of just her mouth... which is weird. Now... to recap: 1. I love the team at Maple Hill and think everyone that I come in contact with there is pretty awesome. Don't change a thing/person. 2. Stop messaging me so often after appointments (its like going on a date, having a good time, and then getting 50 messages throughout the night... just not a good look at ruins the experience for everyone). More
