They were very attentive and very expeditious with their service process. You drive your vehicle into a heated enclosed garage and the attendant greeted me and gave me a service ticket and I went into the service process. You drive your vehicle into a heated enclosed garage and the attendant greeted me and gave me a service ticket and I went into the service area and they greeted me very nicely and took care of my service needs and gave me an approximate time of completion. I then went to sit in their very clean and spacious waiting room with about 50 chairs and tables, an computer charging bar and coffee area, and also very well maintained bathrooms. When my vehicle was ready the attendant came out and greeted me and let me know what they did to it and how much it was going to cost. They are VERY professional at Conicelli. I would recommend any one go to them and buy a Toyota just for the service experience they provide. Thank you very Much. More

The service manager (Mark Elmore) was incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation, after having gone through the call center and being told it would take days to replace a tire that had blown out and understanding of our situation, after having gone through the call center and being told it would take days to replace a tire that had blown out at midnight the night before. He was so accommodating and genuine. Once we got to the dealer, everyone we interacted with on the service team was very helpful too. Thanks! More
