Night and day difference between the 2 dealership experiences. The Service Advisor, Cauther, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The dealership provided an “Automobile Status Report” detailing “additional service recommendations” - but these were informational only — there was no hard sell to “scare” you into paying for all the recommendations. If we should, someday, purchase another VW, Tynan’s will have first shot at a deal. Hats off to Cauther Sekatawa for a great job (he’d probably be pretty good selling cars, too. More

Service visit My wife took the car in for service Saturday morning and she got the car back in about an hour. I do not understand why they didn't check a basic safety item like wipers and sell her new ones. What else was skipped?
