I worked with Cecelia, who was my Service advisor, when I had my Prius towed there after its catalytic converter was stolen. She was so helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. She patiently talked me through every step of the insurance and repair process, from beginning to end, with good humor and unrivaled expertise. I wish every problem I had could be handled by Cecelia! My catalytic converter was replaced very quickly, within budget, and my car was even returned to me nice and clean! I can’t say enough nice things about my experience at Island Toyota! More

Cecilia Sterlacci has been my Service Adviser for over 20 years (I'm on my third Camry) and she is the reason I always use this Service Department. She is amazingly knowledgable and, most important and appr years (I'm on my third Camry) and she is the reason I always use this Service Department.
