Once we started putting together the deal, Heritage helped me locate an excellent financing rate (all this on a Saturday afternoon). Finally, when it was time to sign all the paperwork, I was put in the expert hands of Celeste DesRosiers. She made the process easy to understand and a pleasure. Again: no high-pressure tactics (they offer service packages and I didn't opt for any at this time). I've not bought a vehicle for 14 years, and don't have wide experience with the process. But at every step, I felt like I was in the hands of professionals. While I was willing to drive a bit to look at other vehicles, I am delighted to start my time as a Heritage-Ford guy. I'm a fan! More

My recent car buying experience at Heritage Ford was a complete nightmare, marked by deceitful practices that left me feeling betrayed and frustrated. What started as a routine test drive and seemingly straightforward transaction turned into a distressing situation that I never thought I would encounter. This was the second vehicle I purchased in 18 months from Heritage Ford and will be the last. The test drive went smoothly, and I decided to move forward with the purchase. Little did I know that this decision would lead to an unsettling revelation. After signing the paperwork and eagerly anticipating driving off with my new car, I was taken aback when I was presented with a similar vehicle with slight differences. The car handed over to me had noticeable damage and was not the vehicle I test drove. The damage, though slight, was significant enough to raise concerns about the dealership's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. It left me wondering if this was a deliberate attempt to pass off a compromised vehicle, assuming I wouldn't notice or care about the difference. The undisclosed damage included dings on the back of the vehicle that were easily noticeable to the eye. The damage was so great that I was advised the dealership would paint the back of the vehicle in the near future. No one should have to endure the disappointment and frustration that comes with being provided with a different, damaged vehicle after signing on the dotted line. Ultimately, after complaining to management and signing additional paperwork I was sold a similar car with no damage. More
