I came in to purchase a Mercedes and have never had a customer service experience as bad as I did here with Chad. Chad was very argumentative and had a nasty attitude with me from the beginning of my exp customer service experience as bad as I did here with Chad. Chad was very argumentative and had a nasty attitude with me from the beginning of my experience. For every question I asked, Chad would respond in a very condescending way. On top of Chad’s horrible attitude towards me, Chad did not know his inventory. Due to not knowing his inventory, he could not give me any numbers on any of his vehicles nor could he even give me any ballpark prices. I am embarrassed for Mercedes to have him representing them to their customers. More

Wonderful experience from the start. Chad has been my car salesman for many years. I followed him from Lexus to his recent move to Mercedes because of who he is. I know I can trust him and he knows ho car salesman for many years. I followed him from Lexus to his recent move to Mercedes because of who he is. I know I can trust him and he knows how to be in Loving Service. I didn't think I would ever get a Mercedes. I have driven many in the past owned by family members and thought they were too stiff.....uncomfortable. Chad encouraged me to test drive one. I actually showed my trust in him that they had been improved by putting down a deposit on my new car before I drove it. I was very happy to experience how comfortable the GLE is. I love how it handles on the road and it's turning abilities. I love the Apple iPhone CarPlay and the design of the interior including the cool added special effects lighting. Chad handled the delivery of my car well. He also introduced me to the Concierge, Brandon. Brandon did a great job explaining the car's operations including helping me to set up CarPlay. The financial manager also did an excellent job in being organized and efficient. Thank you everyone. I definitely got to see and experience the Mercedes-Benz superb quality and differences. More
