After finding the Cadillac Escalade that we were looking for at Auto Direct Cars on line we called and made an appointment. When we saw the Escalade were were interested in we were immediately sold. Bob, the owner answered all our questions and Chad took care of all our financing needs and concerns. We cannot forget how pleasant Bonnie was as well. A thoroughly enjoyable and gratifying experience. Mike presented us with our new car and gave us all the pointers we needed. Chad went above and beyond and even helped offered his personal mechanic to fix our 1990 Cadillac. We will definitely be a returning customer. More
