Chad Wellborn the internet sales manager was awesome throughout the whole ordering process and also while I waited for my truck to be built and delivered. He would call and update me when there was a change to the order and would always respond to my emails while I waited for over a year for my car to show up. I was really worried the day I showed up to buy my car about what kind of "dealership scams" or markup they would try to put on my car. None of this happened, as they promised me throughout the whole process. They were straight forward, friendly, helpful, honored their word for MSRP pricing, priced match the order price from a year ago, and gave me free tint and bedliner. Totally awesome. I purchased a new 2021 Ford Escape through the internet custom-order process. My sales contact at Ford Country was Chad Wellborn. During 2021, the entire auto industry experienced some serious supply challenges due to the worldwide computer chip shortage, so considering the circumstances I was pleasantly surprised by how things progressed. Chad did everything needed to make this a smooth purchasing experience, he did a great job. The Ford Country finance and warranty rep (Ryan Burgess) and front office staff were excellent as well. All the way through, there were simply no problems, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. More

I just wanted to leave a few words about our buying experience yesterday. We've had some challenges with our credit over the years which resulted in a chapter 7 ultimately. I got connected to Ford Coun experience yesterday. We've had some challenges with our credit over the years which resulted in a chapter 7 ultimately. I got connected to Ford Country by a company called Tidewater, who connected me to Chad Wellborn, a specialist when it comes to these things. Unlike other sales folks, Chad LISTENED to us, took down some information, and gave us the tools to find our next vehicle. Less than 24 hours later he called us with an approval and for the car we wanted, with no money down and opportunity to add an extended warranty. When we came to the dealership, he had the car pulled out and washed, all the paperwork was ready for signing and facilitated our test drives. I say this plural because we had our two year old with us, who was also treated like a king at the dealership, and we needed to take turns test driving the car so one of us could stay with him. After our test drive confirmed the love we had for this 2019 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate, we went in, signed and spoke with Ryan, the finance manager, got our extended warranty and were on our way in less than 90 minutes. That was the best purchasing experience we ever had. From someone who once had a bad experience YEARS AGO at this same lot, they have done a tremendous job at becoming top notch when it comes to customer service. I'll be sending all my friends this way going forward. Thank you Chad, and thank you Ford Country! More
