I have only amazing things to say about Tustin Mazda. I recently purchased my second Mazda from this dealership and the entire process was incredibly smooth. I first saw the car I wanted online and req I recently purchased my second Mazda from this dealership and the entire process was incredibly smooth. I first saw the car I wanted online and requested more info via text. A sales associate, Chance, reached out to me immediately and answered all my questions which was so helpful. I wasn't able to make it to the dealership that day, but Chance texted me that day after the offices closed to confirm if the car I wanted was still available, which it was. He met me right when the dealership opened the following Sunday and met me in the parking lot. I test-drove the car immediately and fell in love. Chance brought me inside and we started negotiating price and trade-in value of my current car. Once the negotiations were done, an agreement was made and I had an approved lender, Chance had me work with Lori in the Finance department. She was incredibly quick and thorough with her processes. She answered all my questions and ran through all my additional warrantee options since I was buying a used car with 90,000 miles. In total, we were in and out in about 2 hours which was great. The buying process from start to finish was great. In addition to the buying process, about a week after I purchased the used car, I noticed an odd noise coming from the back of the car. I didn't notice it during the test-drive because the music was on low. But when the music was off, it was apparent. I contacted Chance, knowing that I purchased the used car "as-is" and did not elect to get the extended warrantee, and Chance assured me to bring the car in and he would have the Service Dept take a look. I brought the car down and was greeted by Mike in the Service Department who was also great. He was quick and efficient and made me feel right at home. He test-drove the car with me and let me know the Service Dept would take a look and identify the noise. They texted me updates which was so helpful. I get a text maybe 30 minutes after dropping off the car letting me know that the rear shocks were leaking and needing to be replaced, and that Tustin Mazda would cover the repair costs since I just bought the car. I was amazed, since I bought the car as-is, accepting any and all issues that come with a used car that has 90,000 miles. All in all, I am incredibly grateful for Tustin Mazda for making my experience a 5-star experience across the board. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car. Thanks again! More

This is my second car with Tustin Mazda and I love my car, but I came back because of how great of an experience Chance made. He is truly a one of a kind sales person. More

We literally could not have been taken care of better! Chance, a self-proclaimed car nerd (AKA passionate about cars and caring for his customers) spent the entire day with us, patiently answering all our questions, providing expert, honest, practical advice every step of the way! He is genuine, trustworthy and knowledgable and we truly felt he had our best interest at heart - how refreshing! We had several visits from the owner of the dealership to make sure everything was going well and we were being well-supported - we were! It feels great to know that we made an excellent choice for our vehicles and that we are getting great value for our dollar. I can recommend Tustin Mazda with complete confidence - you will not be disappointed! More

I have been to many car dealers and Tustin Mazda has been the greatest experience out of all of them. Chance Asue helped me in finding my dream car and made the process super enjoyable! I did not feel like he was a car salesman but a car expert. He had a thorough answer to any question I had. I really appreciated his attention to detail with the test drive. Most places I go to, they just try to sell me the car during the drive and have me drive it around the block without giving me any tips or information on the car. But Chance really made sure I knew all the Mazda 3 Select had to offer. The drive was thorough, he showed me how to use the radar-adapted cruise control, what it was like to drive on bumpy roads, and the nice wide-angle lens backup camera. Even after committing to buy the car, Chance had super quick and helpful communication with me while I went through the process of finding the right paperwork. He made me feel super confident in buying this car and the overall experience was very exciting! I felt like I was at a car convention. I highly recommend anyone talk to Chance if they are interested in getting a Mazda. I am a first-time car buyer and I've been to many car salesmen so I am usually very hesitant in buying, or feel like I am being tricked into a car or price I do not like. But with Chance everything felt super fair, I did not have to negotiate, and I learned so much. Thank you Chance! More
