I was ripped off they told me to bring a cashiers check I was ripped off they told me to bring a cashiers check in for the amount and they had the sales taxes included a 1500 then when I got there with th I was ripped off they told me to bring a cashiers check in for the amount and they had the sales taxes included a 1500 then when I got there with the cashiers check they said oh by the way the sales tax aren’t included they did give me a check back for $500 but I felt like $1000 was stolen from me also told me I would have my check I mean my title within 10 days now my temporary tag is about to run out still no title More

Got my car back and had a black sticky substance on my windshield. Things were moved and not replaced.my air conditioner is making weird noises when asked why they told me it was bc it got dirty. Instead of cleaning it they told me there was no point. When asked about a loaner car for my 2 and a half hour wait they stated they didn’t loan out cars. When asked again they just so happen to find a loaner. I had just gotten all my tires fixed and they repeatedly told me I needed new tires. Even after stating I didn’t want new tires they told me that was a bad idea and that I needed to pay them the $500 for all 4 new. More

Signs everywhere “Wear a mask”. I saw 1 person, customer service rep, wearing a mask. I thought I was at a MAGA convention. Employees and customers alike wore no masks. I was in for service twice for automatic window problem. I asked them to also do a check-up of the car to determine if any other problems existed. I asked them both times but it wasn’t done. While waiting I asked them to also do a check-up of the car to determine if any other problems existed. I asked them both times but it wasn’t done. While waiting I was looking at new vehicles. No salesperson made an effort to approach me to ask if I had any questions. Numerous salespeople walked passed me but none of them acknowledged my existence. For future service and purchases I plan to go to another dealership. More
