I have a long and sorry history with car dealerships and buying vehicles in general, but I have to say that my experience with Heritage Cadillac was the best. I have been interested in the ATS ever since C buying vehicles in general, but I have to say that my experience with Heritage Cadillac was the best. I have been interested in the ATS ever since Cadillac announced it was going to be available in late summer of this year, and, as soon they came out, I contacted the Cadillac dealerships in the Chicago area to see for myself. Heritage, and especially Charles Hughes, the sales person, provided me with the best overall service and personal care. All my questions and concerns were addressed and every effort was made to work with me on securing the vehicle and options that I wanted and meeting my price. I love my new ATS and am still getting used to all its bells and whistles (which, by the way, Mr. Hughes and the staff at Heritage are more than willing to help me with, answering my calls and assisting me with my questions). Terrific service all around. More
