Wow. Wow. Wow! Charles made car buying so easy! We had visited six other dealers and left each one with that "icky-used-car-salesman' feeling. So we were Wow. Wow! Charles made car buying so easy! We had visited six other dealers and left each one with that "icky-used-car-salesman' feeling. So we were apprehensive about visiting a seventh dealership...but wow! What a difference! We were welcomed by Charles and never felt any pressure! There were no unwanted surprises to the cost of the vehicle and the difference was so refreshing! I will absolutely be comfortable referring Charles and Liberty Auto City to anyone I know looking to buy a car! More

One of the best dealers I have ever worked with. They were honest, friendly, and worked hard to prepare my car for me since I was in a hurry to leave town for work and needed the car for travel. They didn't try any nonsense scams to get more money out of me, were honest with the pricing (no false advertising to get you to come in), and the sales staff were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and even worked with us on pricing where all other dealers were only offering MSRP for their vehicles. Yesterday, we purchased our second Subaru at Liberty since 2019. Charles Perchak made the experience SO much fun. Professional, knowledgeable, low key, friendly and obviously well liked by former cust since 2019. Charles Perchak made the experience SO much fun. Professional, knowledgeable, low key, friendly and obviously well liked by former customers that stopped by to say hello to him while we were there and to purchase additional cars from him. He has a fan club and it is obvious why. Christian Pfiffner made closing the deal, selling the "extras" fun while informative, helpful, providing thoughtful advice. We have purchased a new Subaru, a Certified Preowned and enjoyed excellent service in the service department. Had 2019 serviced yesterday - great experience as always. Tony, so helpful!
