Well he went above and beyond to get me out of the bad situation I was in and got me into a nice 2020 Tacoma in a matter of weeks. As he was the first time, he is always pleasant and very reachable and responsive. If we are honest one of the worst things we have to do is buy or lease a car....well I would say that if you are fortunate enough to deal with Charlie then this is not such a bitter pill my friends. My wife's car is coming due this year so we look forward to dealing with Charlie once again! More
