At first I had mixed reviews about this dealership when it came to service but since I’ve been working with Charly Gentry I have had nothing but good experiences every time I drop my vehicle off. I know it came to service but since I’ve been working with Charly Gentry I have had nothing but good experiences every time I drop my vehicle off. I know everything will be fixed and complete as agreed upon in a timely manner when working with Charly. If there is an issue there has been no issues escalating it to management to get it resolved quickly. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Crown and getting it serviced there as well.
