Best buying experience ever! Called Alex and told him I was at a different dealership looking at a vehicle that didn't quite have the options I was looking for. He told me he just Called Alex and told him I was at a different dealership looking at a vehicle that didn't quite have the options I was looking for. He told me he just got one in trade that wasn't even listed on the website yet. Told him I'd come in to take a look. He was on the ball, didn't waste any time, had the vehicle pulled around ready for me! I liked it and it had all the features -- and more -- that I was looking for! They looked at my trade in, I talked to the finance manager, they made me a great offer and it was done! In and out in no time and I got a great deal! Alex is very professional and proactive. He (along with Chase) made my buying experience VERY pleasant! More

Happy customer since 2010 I bought my TDI Jetta Sedan new at this dealership in September 2010. The buying experience was smooth and the service at Falcone is second to none! S I bought my TDI Jetta Sedan new at this dealership in September 2010. The buying experience was smooth and the service at Falcone is second to none! Steve always knows me by my first name! I have always said that my TDI Jetta was the best car I had ever owned in so many ways. I had thought I would keep it forever even with the recent TDI news but browsing the Falcone used offerings I spotted a 2012 Tiguan SEL in remarkable condition! I wasn't sure what I would do but then I test drove it and it was all OVER! The TDI issue could have made it complicated but Alex and Chase made it so easy! Alex was so patient with my many email questions and Chase and Moe went the extra mile to make this transaction smooth and pleasant! I didn't think I would ever be in a car this nice! It HAD to be GREAT for me to give up my TDI Jetta and it is! I look forward to continuing to use Falcone for all my service needs on this Tiguan just as I did with my Jetta. More

Awesome people! They were great to work with! I have high expectations anyway since I've been in the car business for 10+ yrs. Started by seeing the car on Autotrad They were great to work with! I have high expectations anyway since I've been in the car business for 10+ yrs. Started by seeing the car on Autotrader. Sent an email thru autotrader and was answered quickly by Angie. I live over 3 hours away and wanted to work numbers before driving that far. She emailed back and forth with me answering all the questions I had asked and worked out the numbers for me. We agreed on price and trade value thru email and I came in a few days later to finish up paperwork. Chase the sales manager there was great too. Really laid back atmosphere which I really like. Will come back if I ever need another VW. More

Two Saabs, five Subarus (both new and used), and a VW later, we can't imagine purchasing, servicing or repairing a vehicle anywhere else. A typical dealership, this is not. Everyone at Falcone from the boss down is familiar, friendly, courteous and professional. We experience none of the unpleasantness so often associated with the automobile purchasing or servicing process. Falcone has never attempted to sell us anything that we did not need or want and has always offered a very fair and transparent price. This dealership has always gone out of its way to ensure that our purchases and service experiences completely fulfilled our requests and requirements. On a five star scale, Falcone is a six star dealership. More
