They literally left their oil and dirt stains all over my car. They charged me for a condenser and radiator and told me they would warranty the engine if I didn't replace them. It was good until they tried to charge me for an extra 1/2hour labor cost to replace a faulty spark plug that they installed earlier. The absolutely worst dealership and that foreman Eric Dambaugh needs to be replaced. He was rude and he did not care about the service I was receiving. I told him that I would be calling someone about Dambaugh needs to be replaced. He was rude and he did not care about the service I was receiving. I told him that I would be calling someone about the situation and he actually said call whoever I wanted he did not care. I have never dealt with someone at a dealership that was as hateful as Eric Damnaugh. You will not get me to recommend Kia to anyone More
