I live in Florida seven months of the year and have it serviced by Hyundai here in St. Augustine and in New York State where the car was purchased. Although I'm very happy with the service I receive in Ne serviced by Hyundai here in St. Augustine and in New York State where the car was purchased. Although I'm very happy with the service I receive in New York, I think the service I receive at the St. Augustine dealership is the best I've received from any dealership. The people are friendly and the service is excellent. Cheryl Buck was the service coordinator that took care of my last visit. She and the other service coordinator were very helpful, knowledgeable, and helped make it a positive experience. Every visit to the dealership has been a good experience. This dealership will be my first choice when I decide to buy my next Hyundai. More

As usual, Hyundai of St. Augustine has come through with flying colors. I had an issue with my Sonata, that I had bought used back in November. It seemed there was a problem with the starter. I called and m flying colors. I had an issue with my Sonata, that I had bought used back in November. It seemed there was a problem with the starter. I called and made an appointment, brought the car in, and about an hour and a half later I was back on the road with a brand new starter, at NO cost to me, cause it was under warranty. Ms. Debbie, and Ms. Cheryl are always so cheerful and eager to please. The whole staff seems that way.Great Dealership, Great People. More

Returned for service (oil Change). Can't remember service girls name, she was wonderful. Also picked Paul's brain about my new Genesis. Ironed out some things with Paul and purchased oil changes. We are so impressed with the St. Augustine Hyundai dealer! We took both of our 2012 Hyundais in for an oil change. They gave us the appointment on very short notice (wow!), and were so friendly and dealer! We took both of our 2012 Hyundais in for an oil change. They gave us the appointment on very short notice (wow!), and were so friendly and helpful. I had printed out a coupon for the oil change, and left it on the kitchen counter at home. I thought I would end up paying full price, but they said they would honor the coupon anyway. As it turned out, they discovered that I had 2, unused free oil changes that were part of my new car deal, and although that offer was expired, they honored it anyway! This wasn't something I remembered or asked about; they just did it on their own. I'm so glad that we bought our cars there! More

Although I took my car to another dealership and also received great customer service, my car was not fixed and the service department did not take my complaint seriously. I opted to have my car towed to your dealership knowing I would have to pay. I'm so glad I did. Not only is Cheryl great at her job, she was kind and listened to my concerns. She did not rush me, kept me informed at all times, and she was a joy to deal with. I told Hyundai that even if I had to carry my car on my back to get it to your dealership, I would because not only was my car fixed this time correctly, Cheryl was awesome. Excellent service with excellent people-what a perfect slogan. I was also very impressed with the new waiting area and beverage and snack counter. I had damage to a wheel and 2 tires from a road hazard due to construction on the interstate. Our extended warranty - Blue Steel Protection - which was supposed to cover such road hazards (this protectio due to construction on the interstate. Our extended warranty - Blue Steel Protection - which was supposed to cover such road hazards (this protection was not purchased at this dealership) called the damage "cosmetic" and refused to cover the repairs and replacement parts. The Hyundai service department deemed the damage to be unsafe, rather than cosmetic, and interceded with the Blue Steel warranty company. Cheryl Buck was very thorough in trying to convince them about the actual damage to the tires and the wheel, contacting them more than once. She was not successful, and we are very upset with the refusal of the company to provide the coverage we paid for - but Cheryl went way above the call of duty to help us. Our experience at Hyundai was rewarding, in that the work was well done, and employees give more than lip service to the policy of customer service - they actually go to bat for their customers. More
