Steven Ferenczy really you are a GM at a Ford store and you’re trying to buy a Chevrolet Corvette ZO6 in Texas. Never agreed to anything,. It amazes me a GM of a Ford store out of state wrote something like this. Well welcome aboard to Chevrolet. I agree with you drive a Chevrolet. Mr. Estes. I am sorry to hear you had problems with the Tahoe. It sounds like when the salesman left the was some disconnect. Also in the Manager not coming to speak to you, I do not receive very many unhappy customers, but I don't like to see any. I am not sure how I can assist you, but I do apologize for any failure on our part and I am happy to assist you if I can. I see you Purchased the Tahoe in February with 91,443 miles and I will look to see if you purchased an extended warranty, I am also going to talk to the management team to find out more on your visit. Thank you for taking the time to let me know your thoughts. Burleson isn't a small town, but that really doesn't come to mind. To me it's just about the customer and your experience.

It was just disappointing to go to a dealership and have an issue within the first 24 hours, not a bulb going out but a big issue with the engine computer stuck in overheat mode. It just didn’t seem very sincere and like we just were a sucker that got the car out of your hands. We did not get the extended warranty because these cars usually tend to hold up pretty well. This one clearly had issues just like the AC not blowing cold but I guess we should have checked that on a cold day to make sure that was working well. I do think that we put too much trust into believing that the family owned place would be more honest or even thorough with their inspections but live and learn. You’re right Burleson is not really a small town anymore but it’s that type of streamlined “numbers are what’s important“ attitude that is turning it into a big city where you don’t know who’s selling you what clearly.
