Absolutely pleased with the smooth process of it all. Went in to check inventory, walked out with a preorder, went in when vehicle arrived, talked rates, and signed. Other places either asked for too much non refundable pre-order deposit, but not only was this one the lowest, it was also refundable and they did not start the signing process until vehicle came into lot so there was no pressure to keeping the vehicle if it was not right.
