Went in with my brother as we were both looking to purchase a car. Gene was friendly, informative and patient as we test drove a few cars each, giving us details on each vehicle as we drove them. It was extremely helpful and appreciated during this entire process and couldn’t ask for a better sales consultant. Chris took care of us when sorting out all the finances, making sure we left with the vehicles we loved being in while being comfortable with the costs, explaining and breaking down everything so we understood easily. Ive bought a car with Chris’ help before, and it was the only other time I left a dealership with that level of comfort; without an ounce of regret or doubt which I have had in the past pertaining to large purchases. Overall, a great experience. I’m glad I went to Continental Toyota and glad I had Gene and Chris to be the ones to assist and facilitate the car purchasing process.
