Omar was very helpful throughout the entire process of leasing my new Toyota. He was a pleasure to work with . I have always bought or leased GM cars over the years so this was my first experience with th leasing my new Toyota. He was a pleasure to work with . Everyone seemed nice and professional there but I can't give the dealership 5 stars because of the way the finance department presented the gap insurance to me. I was able to cancel it the next day but I the process left me with a bad feeling. I wish there was a maybe button on the recommendation question . I guess time will tell. More

My husband and I are from the Central Illinois area, and we were in the market for a good used vehicle. We found a vehicle we were interested in at Continental Toyota and first had contact with Jessica by we were in the market for a good used vehicle. We found a vehicle we were interested in at Continental Toyota and first had contact with Jessica by email. By later that evening we had, by email, reached an agreement on price and made an appointment to test drive the vehicle the next day. We made the 2 1/2 hour trip, met Jessica and Dan when we arrived, and began the process of purchasing our car. I can honestly say it was one of the easiest, quickest, and least stressful vehicle purchase transactions we've ever experienced. Dan was cordial, knowledgeable, and very professional. And the finance manager, Chris, got us an even better loan rate than the pre-approval rate we acquired before going to the dealership.
