The best car buying experience we've ever had I initially submitted an inquiry about the Highlander online and was contacted about a vehicle that we might be intrested in the next day. We were able to talk to a salesperson and get a trade in value on our car a couple days later when we were in for service on our existing vehicle. David reached put to us the next week and we met him for a test drive on our schedule. David then met with my husband to discuss price and mentioned that I preferred a different color that they didn't have in stock. By the end of the day, David was able to locate the Highlander I wanted and had it on their lot. We signed papers the next day and everything was quick and went smoothly. Chris in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with. Overall this was the best experience we ever had buying a new vehicle and I feel like we were treated fairly and with respect. We also like the fact that this dealership is full service. They have sales, service and a body shop all located on the premises. Very convenient and everyone we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. More
