After a recent purchase from Continental, I am committed to never again Toyota and certainly never again Continental. I wanted a sun roof -- "then you have to get a moon roof too" I got the car that the salesman wanted to sell me, not the one I asked for. He was all to anxious to tell me what I could not get, but ready to tell me what was my only option available. I was too ready to trust that the salesman was hearing what my priorities were. We missed red flags. I have a clunky over complicated car that I did not want. We ended up getting a 'good deal' on an extended warranty that we did not want only because I thought we would never get out of there! We will live with purchase, but I will dump the car as soon as I am able. I was reminded why I hate the process of purchasing a car because I have to deal with car dealers. More

2018 Dealership of the Year I had bought a used Toyota Highlander in 2014 from Continental Toyota and loved the service. When I was contemplating on a new vehicle I didn’t know I had bought a used Toyota Highlander in 2014 from Continental Toyota and loved the service. When I was contemplating on a new vehicle I didn’t know what I wanted or where I was going. My first concern was safety and gas mileage in a mid size SUV, I googled like crazy! Everything pointed to the 2018 Highlander Hybrid, so I looked it up and learned everything about it. So next was to find a white exterior with black interior model, I searched the whole Chicago, Joliet and Kankakee area and the only dealer that had it was Continental Toyota. So my journey began with the internet team, securing a great price and then explaining to them that I did not want to sit at the dealership all day for the buying process. When my husband and I finally went in, they had all of the information in their computer, along with pricing and financing, easy! Our salesman, Shawn, was funny and such a nice guy, he explained everything to us about the vehicle that we didn’t know. My finance guy turned out to be the same guy who handled my first loan. So now I will recommend everyone that I know to go and get a vehicle from this family owned dealership! More
